How do I order?

Create an account and fill up the important details. Browse through our website and add it to your shopping bag. When you’re ready to check out, you will be prompted to complete your order. After payment, you’re good to go! You can expect your purchases delivered right at your doorstep.

Do you have a store here in the Philippines?

Yes, we have 12 store branches for you to visit. However, we cannot guarantee you will find the same item/s since stock is while supplies last. Some items are also exclusive to the website. You may click on this link Find a Store.

Do you have free shipping?

We ship for free nationwide in the Philippines with a minimum purchase of Php 995.00. For orders below Php 995.00 there will be a flat rate shipping fee of Php 80.00 nationwide.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Upon finalizing the full payment, we deliver within 3-5 business days for orders in Metro Manila and 5 to 7 business days for provincial orders.
For international orders, delivery will be 5 to 12 business days via DHL with the corresponding shipping charges depending on your location. This also affects the estimated time of arrival of your order.

How can I track my order?

Upon request, we can provide you a tracking number for your order. If you haven’t received the item within the time frame of the expected delivery contact us immediately with your order number as subject header at customerservice@una-rosa.com.

What are the payment methods available?

Currently, we only accept payments via PayPal.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order only after you have received the email confirmation of your purchase. Email customerservice@una-rosa.com within 24 hours for cancellation concerns and indicate your order number as the subject header. Orders can be cancelled as long as we have not processed the shipping of your order.

How do you process returns and exchanges?

Can I return the item and just cancel my order?

All purchases made on the website are final and only exchanges will be processed. Click on Returns and Exchanges for more information.

Is it alright to return and/or exchange an item at your store?

Returns and exchanges for online purchases are not possible at our retail stores.

I don’t know my size, how will I know if an item I like will fit?
