Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. Should you decide to return, given that the items are in the same condition as they were received, we will gladly give a full refund in the form of store credits.
Using Store credit:
Your store credit is a form of refund whose worth is equal to the value of the product you ordered. You can use the store credit like a voucher code to purchase any item.
A Store credit can only be used for one-time purchase. You will be given the option to use the store credit to pay for your order or to use an alternative payment method and save the store credit for a future purchase.
We accept exchange of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 7 business days of receipt of item for Metro Manila and provincial orders. The item/s must still have the tag and original receipt. We are not able to process an exchange for international orders.
Item/s purchased online cannot be exchanged at our retail stores. We will process an exchange for any of the following conditions:
- Exchange of size and/or color
- Damaged items
How to exchange an item:
1. Customers should contact us 48 hours upon receipt of item/s by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please indicate the reason for the exchange including the order number as the subject header.
2. Our customer service team will contact the customer within 2 business day and check if the replacement item is available. If the item is out of stock, our customer service team will coordinate for a replacement.
3. Please bear in mind that all shipping charges back to us and again to you will be your responsibility. Customers must return the item within 48 hours from the date of email notification.

4. Items returned with factory defects are subject to inspection. If proven to be damaged, the company will replace the item and shoulder shipping and handling.
